Our Instructor receives new routines and ideas each month from the National Association of Professional Martial Artists (NAPMA). NAPMA is the developer of Fitness Kickboxing.

Our classes utilize all the latest equipment to keep class exciting and help you develop your skills faster.
We also offer different versions of the Fitness Kickboxing program. Fitness Kicking, Kickboxing Bag Class, Fitness Boxing, and other classes allow you to vary your Fitness Kickboxing experience.
Individual Instruction
Though you’re in class for yourself, you’re not by yourself. Our instructors will provide you with the most effective, safe, and personal instruction available. You’ll receive individual help as you master the basics and on-going guidance from our instructors, as your sill level increases.
