Reviews
“The program has helped my daughter and two nephews to become more disciplined. It has helped them to get along better with their classmates at school. Among each other, they practice and they have also helped me to be more relaxed with what they are learning. The class is very good and I recommend it to everyone”

"This is a terrific class. It's flexible to different skill levels. It is always rigorous workout that allows me to stretch and challenge myself. Plenty of exercise for both legs and arms. An unexpected bonus is the muscle definition in my upper arms as a result of all the arm/punching exercises! I like the variety that Aaron brings to the class (combinations/music), etc."
